Absolutely, we ship worldwide with express carriers (DHL, UPS, HERMES...)

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are FREE for all of the above orders:

- 40 euros in METROPOLITAN FRANCE.

- 50 euros in Europe.

For destinations outside Europe, the fees vary depending on the destination.

 

WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

They are delivered in 2/3/4 days for Europe.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and your order number.

 

HOW TO ORDER ?

Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment is received. We will prepare it and send you an order confirmation email.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, but unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

We can then make an exchange. Simply return your item to us at the address given to you, along with your order number, and we will send you the desired item as soon as possible.

 

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product with which you are not completely satisfied.

The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.
